In the United States, Spanish has quickly become the second most-spoken language and is also the fastest-growing language. Many high school students now choose to study the language in school and many go on to study it further in college.
There are many good reasons to learn Spanish. One of the best is to enhance career prospects. Employers are often looking for employees who speak Spanish—in fact, employers in multiple fields say they will choose a candidate who can speak Spanish over a candidate who only speaks one. There is a huge demand in many industries, including nursing, construction management, and media, for employees who are both qualified and bilingual. Additionally, major corporations understand the benefit of reaching the Spanish market in the United States as well as in Latin America and Mexico and rely on fluent Spanish speakers to make deals.

The record sold well internationally, hitting No. 2 in Canada, No. 3 in Japan, and making a number of additional top 10 appearances across the globe.
In 2014, My Everything, Grande’s follow up, topped album charts around the world, and earned the singer her second straight US No. 1. It also featured the single Problem, Grande’s breakout hit. Problem, featuring Iggy Azalea, became a No. 1 hit in the United Kingdom and New Zealand and has received numerous record sales certifications. The album produced a number of successful follow up singles, including Break Free and Bang Bang.
Her most recent album, Dangerous Woman in 2016, peaked at No. 2 on the US Billboard charts and reached No. 1 in Australia and Norway, her second chart topper in both nations. Dangerous Woman resulted in two top 10 US singles, including the No. 4 hit “Side to Side” with Nicki Minaj.
